Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ZamuPro. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZamuPro governing your use of the scheduling software platform. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
ZamuPro provides a cloud-based team scheduling and shift management platform including schedule creation, reusable templates, shift trading, and team notifications.
3. Account Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zamupro.com of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
ZamuPro offers the following plans:
- Free Trial: 30-day free access, no payment required.
- Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly.
- Annual: $99/year, billed annually.
- 2-Year: $179 billed every two years.
All fees are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.
5. Free Trial
Your 30-day free trial begins on registration. No payment is required during the trial. Continued access to paid features after the trial requires selecting a paid plan.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, upload harmful or unlawful content, reverse engineer the software, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, resell access without written consent, or interfere with Service performance. Violations may result in immediate termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ZamuPro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use during your subscription. You retain ownership of data you input; by submitting it you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAMUPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZAMUPRO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZamuPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms with at least 14 days’ notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
